by Geoff Hogg & Kristen Sharp. Foreword Lucy Lippard. Contributors Elizabeth Grierson, Tristian Koenig, Maggie McCormick.

Since 2000 artists and public art curator Geoff Hogg has been director of RMIT University Art in Public Space program, the only one of its type in Australia and responsible for initiating dozens of public art projects in Australia and internationally. Extensive in scale the projects include wall paintings in China, landscape works in Turkey and Australia and a pedal powered vehicle project linking artists across national boundaries.
With a foreword by Lucy Lippard and contributions by RMIT's professor of art Elizabeth Grierson and  lecturers and curators, Outer Site documents these projects and their significance in forging extensive and ongoing links between artists and communities around the world.
